This antique shell cameo pin is a beautiful carving of a lady with a gold diamond necklace. The cameo was hand carved and adorned with a .04/100ct diamond then mounted in a 14kt white gold frame. The frame has a hexagon shape with intricate hand designed lattice work detail. The pin has a fold down bale in the back for pendant use. Circa early 1900….. TIMELESS CLASSIC!!!
